Zulekia Court No. 35 was instituted December 14, 1940. Our charter is in Norfolk, Virginia and this court is the only court that has its own building. The purpose of our court is fellowship and fun with friends and relatives of Master Masons and Shriners.
We support the Shriner’s Children. We have fund-raising projects during the year to help support the Shrine hospitals and other local community projects.
Our stated Meetings are held each month to conduct business for the Court, and in addition, we also have other meeting through out the year including ceremonials for new members. In order to attend any of our stated or other meetings, ladies must be a member of Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, and have a current dues card issued by their home court.
